Net-15 in USD, invoiced monthly. We pay contractors on schedule regardless of when the client pays us. This has not slipped once.

You know the client rate and your rate before you accept. No silent margin adjustments after placement.
The work is yours to name
Where the client agrees, you keep the engagement on your own CV under your own name. We are not interested in hiding who did the work.

Technical screen
A 60-minute conversation with one of our engineers about work you have actually done. No whiteboard puzzles and no take-home written for a different role.

Paid trial task
A scoped 4-6 hour piece of work, paid at your rate. It exists so we can see how you communicate and hand something over, not to extract free labor.

Matched
You go into the network and we bring you specific opportunities with the client, the stack and the rate stated. You decline as many as you like without penalty.
